- Appointment – A scheduled session between a Provider and a Patient.
User Accounts

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Booking Appointments
When booking an appointment through our platform:
- All appointments are subject to Provider availability
- You agree to arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
- The Provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments
Provider Responsibilities
- Providers must maintain accurate and up-to-date profiles
- Providers must honor confirmed appointments
- Providers must respond to appointment requests in a timely manner
- Providers must maintain confidentiality of patient information
Fees and Payments
- Fees for appointments are set by the Provider
- Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- Additional fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows

Limitation of Liability
- MindCareHub is a platform connecting Providers and Patients
- We do not provide medical advice or services directly
- We are not liable for the quality of care provided by Providers
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
